Chile: First 2025-2026 season cherries exported by air

Between October 14 and 16, the first shipments of Chilean cherries of the season took place, but via air freight. The initial shipment was carried out by Global Talsa through Seafrigo Lancargo, while the second shipment was in charge of Garcés Fruit.
1,400 kilos were sent to China and sold in Shanghai by exporter Global Talsa. Garcés Fruit, for its part, detailed that its shipment corresponded to cherries harvested in the Coquimbo Region and processed at the company's Mostazal plant.
“Our fruit arrived last night at the international airport of Santiago (...). This milestone reflects the effort of every producer, worker, and team involved in the production chain,” the company indicated.
The Cherry Express 2025 is expected by the end of November, departing from San Antonio with the CMA CGM Legacy on November 28.
